Transparency and Fair Compensation
In all transactions, there shall be full transparency. Riders and drivers shall have the right to know the exact cost of the service, as well as the precise earnings of the service provider. Drivers shall be paid no less than 90% of the service charge paid by the rider, ensuring fairness and equitable compensation in every ride.

Autonomy of Choice
Drivers shall have the unalienable right to select their destinations and areas of operation without restriction. Riders shall have the right to choose their preferred drivers, thereby enhancing safety and satisfaction for all parties involved.

Accountability in Support
All conflicts shall be judged by the users themselves, acting as the jury. The company shall serve as the enforcer of the law, ensuring that no account is suspended without clear, documented reasoning. Every action taken will be transparent and justified, protecting the rights of all users and maintaining trust within the community.

Surge pricing shall never be implemented. All users, regardless of time or demand, shall have access to fair and consistent pricing. The platform commits to maintaining a stable cost structure, ensuring that no rider is ever overcharged due to fluctuating demand.

An annual background check will be conducted at the beginning of each year to review and update criminal history records, reinforcing our commitment to providing a safe environment.

Our platform includes several built-in features designed to enhance user safety:
- Black Box: A secure, tamper-proof system that records all trip data, accessible only in emergencies.
- Live Trip Tracking: Riders and drivers can share their live trip status with an emergency contact, allowing real-time monitoring for added security.
- Random Identity Confirmation:To prevent fraud and ensure that only authorized users are accessing the service, we may randomly request confirmation of identity through:
- A photo
- The last four digits of the Social Security Number (SSN)
- Birthdate verification
- Biometric or PIN-Linked Ride Access:Starting a ride will require biometric authentication (e.g., fingerprint or facial recognition) or a secure PIN, ensuring that only the intended user can initiate the trip.
- Emergency Access to Black Box:In the event of an emergency, the black box data can be accessed promptly to aid in resolution and investigation.
- Emergency Contact: A direct feature to alert emergency services or a designated contact in case of any immediate threat or danger.
